in this very big mess and then trying to liberate somebody is out of question. It's a tempest. And then the Vajrayana master will be proud, and Vajrayana student will be proud, and the whole lineage will be proud, and the whole world will be delighted in that sense, because you become a true enlightened being at that level. And that's the kind of world, the kind of dharma world we are looking into. That's truly the kind of dharma world we are looking into, and that's how it should be. You are there whenever it's needed. My teacher, he's known as Dujum Rinpoche,

[01:12]

he emphasized on this practice so much that he is on the level of Ati-yoga, and he's not one of those people, those who claim that he is on the Ati level, but he is that level. He is the Padmasambhava himself, Buddha himself. The whole world knows that. And he used to emphasize every day, from his Dzogchen teachings to every level, that how important it is to work with the Buddha practice. The kind of panoramic view they have from that level, this practice becomes so important. He gets the view from that panoramic level. He's not saying it without any reason. He's saying it because he can see how the whole situation, how we can work through our mental makeup step by step, and how we are able to have the strength to cut through that.

[02:16]

So he's emphasized tremendously on the practice of Mungo. And for me, this is one of my main practices in my life. This has been one of my main practices. And this is the shorter version of Mungo, but there's a longer version of Mungo which I do, but for you, you can do the shorter one, because you have to go to work and whatever, so you can't spend about two hours reading on one book. But basically, the understanding of the whole lineage and transmission is there within your essence of understanding. It doesn't mean that if you don't have that, you're missing something that is there. But you've got to do the practice every day and understand this is a very important practice. He's seeing from that level of the Ati level. Ati level, he's not seeing. And someone who thinks can just do it without this, is trying to say to Buddha,

[03:22]

I know better than you, and I'm a Buddhist. At the same time, I'm a Buddhist and I know better than you. I really feel funny when I meet that kind of people. So, I guess that's what I want to say tonight. And now we have worked through basically very much. Now we will come to the next part, which is the refuge, Bodhisitta, Vajrasattva, Mandala, and the Guru Yoga practice. They will all come within that. But the basic foundation line, we have gone quite well. And now you have to understand what kind of equipment,

[04:25]

what kind of preparation you need to make on the Vajrasattva level. Now you have begun it. So now you have to work it on. Thank you.
