After all, he doesn't know him better than they do. Except that he's kind of his progression. He's in charge. I mean, he's unaccomplished by this point. He's not Greggs. No. But he's a persona mantra. Persona mantra. Persona mantra. Persona mantra. So he's a little rarefied. I hope we can. Is this my seat here? Yes it is. You know, we qualify for the federal school lunch program and we get some great food.

[01:10]

Now make yourself at home. I received a question. Watch out. You know what to do to graduate? You do graduate? Graduate in what? Russian. Russian? That's fine. You don't have any gift for that? I have an alter. My wife makes stuff for us. It's tea. She takes expensive, lifeless tea that has a lot of sugar in it. Puts more sugar in it. And tang. Yeah, I do too. And cloves and cinnamon. She has a pretty tartness. A little bit of spiciness. She eats about 8 parts of tea and tang sometimes. Do you want tang? Tang, where's tang? I don't mind if you don't mind.

[02:14]

You can say whatever you want to do. That's all right. But first of all, I would like to use the place to train my strategic skills. And I'm glad to be here. use the equipment only if it's not misused. And if there was ever a complaint, then the building's going to be ruled out. But the whole class is there. So as long as the building's being used. And I think it's better to have the building used than if we were to want to work out something new. Well, then you'd go out to space sometimes, wouldn't it? Oh, it's a mistake. It's like the university. They're all claiming about how there's not enough space at the university. And all afternoon, those classes are empty. And at night, they're empty. You can run to the university. So I think it's foolish to have this much plant not yet utilized. It's wasteful. Plus land. It would be great. It would be enriching to grow. Lots of interest, maybe. Yeah, right.

[03:15]

And two, you need a training program. You know, a consultation process. What about teaching? You were talking to one faculty member about us doing their work when we were teenagers. Yeah, I had talked to them. And I didn't know how much time you wanted to go into that. Well, I think these are things that we ought to do together. And take some steps on the use of the plant in off hours. Because after 6, when the child care children go home, except for a board meeting or something like that. Board meetings, we can easily have some face-offs. You know, the building is really there. And I think that we would want to see that people like you are the ones who use them. So that the community can go in there and have it work. I'm thinking you would want to call him and let him know. And maybe talk with him and see what he would do.

[04:20]

You know, anybody he would accept. Maybe the best thing that would be for us to have some time where we could talk together more about the things that you're interested in. He would be interested in what they do with that. That's a fair suggestion. But that before that, the day before, maybe. Right. As far as the Mickey yard, in terms of this suggestion, maybe Mickey can take it. Well, yeah. That's a good idea. We'll carry that. We have to decide how we do this. We have to sort of look at it. Yeah, but it's very long to do that. Your money-saving system is never going to help. The lawyers are starting to learn court now. It's very interesting, because, you know, I've been there for quite a long time. And even so, the older men, you know, it's really like, I was over in Marin County in 2020. And I was just going to come down here. You know, what do you have in here? My father-in-law, he's about 60, and I'm 35. They're copying me. I'm scared. You know, it's really kind of weird.

[05:21]

I know where I'm from. This is a very, very good man. We hope to see all of you work together for utilization of this. This is one thing that can kind of break our hearts. I hope to see that building go to be wasted or not fully used. Sometimes people originally had planned to use it as a general ministry program, as teenagers and senior citizens, and adult education, as well as daycare for children, and so on. And we thought they were going to, but we'll see what happens. I'm pretty skeptical of the available personnel at the-
