Hello, my name is Ed Sadezan, and I am the Central Abbot of the San Francisco Zen Center. And I'm here with Fu Schrader, Abiding Abbot at Green Gulch Farm, David Zimmerman, Abiding Abbot at City Center, and Leslie James, the Abiding Teacher at Tassahara. We are here to express our appreciation to all of you for so generously giving to our emergency fund. In just 11 short weeks, you contributed more than $1,100,000 exceeding our million-dollar goal by $100,000. We will use these crucial funds to support our teachers and students, to take care of our temples, and to expand our online offerings. We are so grateful to you for your faith in and support of our practice at this time of need. Thank you very much. And I'm Fu Schrader from Ringgott Farm. And as one of the beneficiaries among many, I want to thank you personally for your kindness and your generosity to us.

I mean, it's really been truly amazing. There have been over 1,750 separate donations that have been made from all over the world, from Germany and Australia, from Japan and many places in the United States. I mean, it's truly amazing to feel the support of all of you. And we really do. And we hope to be here a very long time, thanks to you. And we hope to see you again as well. Thank you for coming back. Leslie James from Tatsahara, and I want to say we miss you at our practice places. We're doing our best to take care of them with your help, obviously with your help, until we can all meet there again at these beautiful three places, which belong to you as much as they do to us. So take care of yourselves, and we look forward to being together with you again as soon as possible. Thank you. And I'm David Zimmerman from City Center, and I want to express what a delight it's been to be able to host so many people virtually through our expanded online Zendo offerings, including our twice-daily Zazen, our twice-weekly Dharma talks and practice sessions, as well as numerous workshops and classes.
